My role inside the project

I do not come in only as a developer or as a one-off trainer. I come in to understand the problem, define the scope, and decide which solution makes sense to deploy so it creates real value.

That means combining diagnosis, technical judgment, architecture decisions, minimum governance, and execution capability. My value is often as much about deciding what should not be done as it is about moving the right thing forward.
